Along with new calendars, 2008 brings New Year's resolutions. If you smoke, quitting is—or should be—at the top of your list. Even though you know you should quit, stopping smoking is really hard. So much so that, according to the Centers for Disease Control, two-thirds of all current smokers want to quit but only 5 percent actually succeeded last year. Find the right strategies and motivation that will push you to kick those butts for good!
